Dry ice ensures our meats remain frozen once shipped for about 3 days. While we don't anticipate any issues with the box/meat, we'll always make sure you're taken care of!

Do I need to be present the moment my shipment arrives?

No, you will not need to be home to sign for your package, and it will stay frozen for a few hours after arrival. Unpack it and put it away in your freezer or fridge as soon as possible. We’ll send you an alert when your order arrives.
