What do I do if I receive a damaged package?Updated a month ago
If you receive a package or products that are damaged, please contact us immediately for resolution. We apologize for any inconvenience that may be caused by shipping and/or handling issues. When contacting us, please provide photos of the following:
- Condition of the box
- Shipping label
- Label of any cuts that were damaged
- Damage to any packaging
Our team strives to provide quality packaging and shipping, but certain factors are sometimes beyond our control. We encourage you to report such incidents so that we can address them appropriately with the carrier and take steps to prevent similar issues in the future. Please note, in order to process credits, the above photo(s) are required and must display the information clearly.
