What do I do if I receive a damaged package?Updated a month ago

If your package or any products arrive damaged, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by shipping or handling issues.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include clear photos of the following:

  • The condition of the outer box

  • The shipping label

  • Any damaged product labels (especially cuts)

  • Any damage to packaging materials

Our team works hard to ensure quality packaging and shipping, but some factors are unfortunately beyond our control. Your photos help us investigate with the carrier and improve future shipments. Please note: photos are required to process credits or replacements, and must clearly show the necessary details.
