What should I do if my order delivery has been delayed and I'm concerned about the product quality?Updated 6 months ago

If your tracking information experiences a delivery delay, please contact customer experience immediately. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, orders can get delayed in transit or rerouted to a different carrier hub. We will reach out to the carrier to validate the information and if need be, can arrange for a replacement to be sent out on our next fulfillment date (the next Tuesday) to ensure that you receive fresh, quality products. We monitor situations closely with shipping carriers, but understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur.
