What should I do if my package has been marked as delivered but I have not received it?Updated a month ago
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your building management, as it may have been misdelivered. Some carriers also mark packages as delivered a day early, so it's worth giving it another 24 hours.
We also recommend checking for a proof of delivery photo, which can help identify the drop-off location.
If the package still isn’t found, reach out to our Customer Experience Team as soon as possible. We’ll investigate with the carrier and, if needed, arrange a replacement to ship out on our next fulfillment date.
