How can I delay or change the shipping date for an order?Updated a day ago

If you need to delay your shipment, please contact our Customer Experience team with the specific Tuesday you’d like your order to ship. We ship once a week on Tuesdays, and any changes must be requested by Monday at 12 PM ET to apply to that week’s shipment.

We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but if you don’t receive a confirmation email, please follow up to ensure the change was processed.
