Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is damaged or if you received the wrong product. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must notify us within 15 days of delivery and include:
A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
A photo of the item label showing the lot number and date
Once we receive your documentation, we’ll review your claim and let you know if a refund or replacement is approved. Full or partial refund amounts will be determined based on our investigation. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 7 business days for funds to appear in your account.
