Please inspect your order upon receipt and Contact Us immediately if an item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. When contacting us, include pictures of the damage or wrong item along with a clear picture of the item label showing the lot number and date.

Please note: to be eligible for a refund or replacement, please notify us and provide the information within 15 days of delivery.

We will contact you once we’ve received your documentation and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund will be applied to your original payment method. Full or partial refund amounts will be determined by our investigation. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it can take up 7 business days for the funds to be returned to your payment account.
